Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to manage and grow client accounts within our cybersecurity and IT solutions portfolio.
The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving sales, and delivering tailored security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and new clients
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell cybersecurity solutions
- Promote solutions such as Network Security, SIEM, Cloud Security, and IAM
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFQs
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Provide regular reports on account status and sales progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or IT/cybersecurity sales
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
