Account Manager — Home Cleaning

  • Every day, thousands of cleaning professionals walk into Justlife customers' homes across the UAE.
  • What happens in that 120 minutes — the training the professional received, the partner who employs them, the standards we hold — is the entire Justlife product.
  • It is the single biggest reason a customer comes back, or doesn't.
  • This role owns both sides of that equation: bringing the right cleaning partners onto Justlife, and making them succeed once they are here.
  • You will be the single point of accountability for the health of a portfolio of cleaning partners in the UAE — their growth, their quality, and the economics they deliver.
  • Your first 90 days
  • **Month 1 — Listen.** Meet every partner in your portfolio in person. Ride along on at least 10 customer visits. Read the last six months of partner-side issues end to end. Know your portfolio cold.
  • **Month 2 — Diagnose.** Diagnose the biggest drivers of quality and performance issues in your portfolio. Build a 90-day plan to fix them. Identify which partners are sub-scale and why.
  • **Month 3 — Move the numbers.** Run your first Quarterly Business Review with your top three partners. Close one new partner who clears our quality and performance bar. Present your vertical's results in the leadership review.
  • What you will actually do, week to week
  • This role is execution-focused by design — a hybrid of hands-on operations and partner success.
  • Partner performance management:
  • Own a portfolio of cleaning service providers in the UAE as their single point of contact on the Justlife side.
  • Track and review partner-level KPIs weekly, and run monthly business reviews against agreed performance commitments.
  • Identify performance gaps early, escalate through defined thresholds, and follow through to resolution — sometimes that is a process change, sometimes it is a hard conversation.
  • Coach partners on quality, scheduling, professional development, and pricing
  • Communicate platform changes, new process rollouts, and policy updates clearly and in advance.
  • Be the human bridge between the partner and Operations, Quality, Finance, and Product when something goes wrong.
  • Supply operations:
  • Identify and acquire new cleaning partners who can clear our quality and performance bar.
  • Onboard new partners onto the Justlife platform and move them from signed to producing revenue in under 30 days.
  • Own a quarterly pipeline of partner targets and report against it.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of professionals within your partner portfolio, including documentation and system activation.
  • Flag supply risks proactively and coordinate with the Fulfillment team on same-day resolutions.
  • Reporting and insights:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly partner performance summaries for internal review by the line manager.
  • Contribute to vertical-level reporting by ensuring your partner data is clean, up to date, and traceable.
  • Who we are looking for
  • You are probably a fit if you have done three of these four things:
  • Managed a book of B2B partners, suppliers, or merchants and carried a number against them (3+ years).
  • Closed new commercial deals end-to-end — sourced, negotiated, signed, onboarded.
  • Worked with operations and quality data in a marketplace, on-demand, or services business.
  • Can read a P&L, build a partner-level margin model in Excel, and explain unit economics to a non-finance audience.
  • You will thrive here if you are:
  • Calm under operational pressure — partners call when something is broken.
  • Comfortable having hard conversations about quality, on-time performance, and economics.
  • Convinced, like we are, that home services deserve to be run with the rigor of a tech company.
  • Operational Champion —open to variety of responsibilities as per business needs.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic is a strong plus for partner conversations in the UAE.
  • *A university degree is welcome but not required.

  • Who you will work with
  • You will join the Business Development team in Dubai, reporting to the Principal Category Manager.
  • You will sit alongside and partner closely with our Fulfillment, Quality, Finance, and Product departments.
