Your Tasks

As an

Account Manager

, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both the

private and public sectors

You will work closely with

CEOs, Board members, and management teams

to develop and grow strategic client relationships 🀝

Acting as a true

product expert

, you will be the

voice of the customer

internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams πŸŽ€πŸ’‘

As part of your missions

🀝 Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients

πŸ” Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention

πŸ“ˆ Identify and act on

upsell and cross-sell opportunities

to achieve targets

🧠 Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions

Profile Required

at least 5 years of relevant experience
