Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients by delivering ZainTECH’s ICT and digital solutions.
The role focuses on customer relationships, growth opportunities, and revenue through consultative selling across cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital solutions.
Work with internal sales, technical, and delivery teams to support customer satisfaction and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise accounts as the primary customer contact; build stakeholder relationships and understand business and technology needs.
- Conduct account reviews, assess performance and opportunities, coordinate solution delivery, and manage contract renewals.
- Align cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital solutions with client objectives; collaborate with technical and presales teams on integrated solutions.
- Expand services through upselling and cross-selling; contribute to account plans and growth strategies.
- Prepare proposals and presentations; participate in client meetings, events, and engagements.
- Coordinate product, presales, and delivery teams; resolve customer issues and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of account management, sales, or business development experience in ICT or technology.
- Experience managing enterprise customer accounts.
- Understanding of cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), cybersecurity, data and analytics, and digital transformation solutions.
- Ability to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Experience with Oracle, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or similar ICT and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data management, networking, and digital transformation best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
