Responsibilities
- Own territory market share and develop profitable sales through strategic bundled and packaged solutions.
- Analyze and manage territory opportunities using the sales management process; monitor competitors and plan responses.
- Develop relationships with channel partners, contractors, system integrators, and end users; grow key products and introduce new ones.
- Demonstrate, service, train on, and where appropriate test products; meet territory targets and cover existing and potential customers.
- Monitor market players, pricing, launches, events, quality issues, and deliveries; provide monthly reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least two years of sales experience.
- Construction or sales industry experience, or familiarity with construction materials, products, or project workflows, is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills; self-driven, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Fluent English and a UAE driving license; Arabic is a plus.
