About the Role
BYSELECT is looking for an Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of projects across brand experiences, activations, partnerships, and cultural programming.
This role requires someone highly organized, commercially aware, and confident managing both clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
The Account Manager will act as a key day-to-day client lead, ensuring projects are strategically sound, operationally tight, and delivered to the standard expected of BYSELECT.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts from briefing through delivery, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management throughout
- Lead day-to-day coordination across internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
- Translate client objectives into clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee project progress, flag risks early, and ensure deadlines and budgets are respected
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- Ensure work is aligned with BYSELECT’s positioning, quality standards, and creative ambition
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new project opportunities
- Prepare meeting agendas, status reports, contact reports, and post-project recaps
- Contribute to financial tracking including budgets, quotations, invoicing follow-up, and margin awareness
Profile
- 4–6+ years of experience in account management, brand experience, events, creative agency, or related fields
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong commercial sense and understanding of budgets and project profitability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Strong understanding of luxury, culture, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors is a plus
- Experience in the GCC market is preferred
