About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and that our clients are always supported.

You’ll take briefs, contribute to winning pitches, write reports and status updates, attend meetings, and be on-site to guarantee flawless event execution.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Client’s Go-To Person – Own day-to-day client communications and relationship management.
  • Take & Interpret Briefs – Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Support Winning Pitches – Contribute to proposal writing, creative brainstorming, and presentations.
  • Manage Project Timelines & Deliverables – Keep everything on track, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Write Reports & Status Updates – Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed with clear, professional communication.
  • Ensure Seamless On-Site Execution – Be present at events to manage client expectations and deliver excellence.
  • Problem-Solve in Real Time – Handle challenges with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Contribute to Growth – Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support business development.

About You

You’re a proactive, detail-oriented event professional with strong client management skills.

You should be:

✔ An Experienced Account Executive or Event Manager – Ready for the next step in your career.

✔ Confident & Professional – Able to represent the agency in front of clients and stakeholders.

✔ Highly Organized & Proactive – Juggling multiple projects with ease.

✔ A Skilled Communicator – Excellent at writing reports, emails, and presentations.

✔ A Natural Problem-Solver – Thinking on your feet and keeping calm under pressure.

✔ Able to Work Cross-Functionally – Collaborating with creative, production, and commercial teams.

✔ Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven – Focused on delivering quality and exceeding expectations.

What You Need to Apply

✅ 3+ years of experience in account management in the events industry preferably in festivals

✅ Arabic speaking mandatory

✅ Fluent written & spoken English

✅ A valid driving license
