Job Title: Account Manager / Partnerships Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager / Partnerships Manager to join Fayida. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, approach, and onboard discount partners, with a strong focus on the F&B and retail sectors.
The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a proactive approach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. You will be responsible for expanding our partner network by securing attractive offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new partners
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process
- Maintain a strong pipeline and meet targets
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of UAE expereience in sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Immediate joiners only
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Profile:
A go-getter with a strong ability to approach businesses and close deals.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
