Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team at Socialfly.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing client relationships and ensuring successful execution of campaigns.
Responsibilities
include managing influencer and PR campaigns, coordinating daily activities, developing and presenting reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives.
The Account Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing innovative strategies while maintaining a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Public Relations and Client Account Management with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Influencer Marketing and Campaign Management
- Proficiency in Branding, Content Strategy, and Reputation Management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting client presentations and campaign reporting
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms
- Prior experience in the PR or marketing industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
