Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for an Account Manager, located in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing ongoing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
include developing and executing account strategies, overseeing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Additionally, the role will involve analyzing client feedback and data to make actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Experience in account management, project coordination, or client services
- Ability to develop strategies, manage timelines, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to address client challenges and identify growth opportunities
- Familiarity with digital innovation, technology, or AI-driven solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software is an advantage
