About This Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a **dynamic and client-focused Account Manager** fluent in **English and Arabic**, who can act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.

This role is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving strategic growth across digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Serve as the **primary point of contact** for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain **strong, long-term client relationships**
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews

Project & Campaign Management

  • Coordinate with **creative, content, performance, and production teams**
  • Ensure timely delivery of **content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables**
  • Monitor project timelines and manage approvals
  • Maintain high standards of **quality control and brand consistency**

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to **social media strategies, campaign ideas, and brand positioning**
  • Identify opportunities for **upselling and cross-selling services**
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide **actionable insights**

Performance & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as **engagement, reach, leads, and conversions**
  • Prepare and present **monthly performance reports**
  • Ensure alignment with agreed **SLAs and deliverables**

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with **Social Media Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and Performance Marketers**
  • Ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients
  • Manage feedback loops and revisions efficiently

Requirements

  • **Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken & written)** – Mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field**
  • **2–5 years of experience** in account management or client servicing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of **digital marketing (social media, paid ads, content, branding)**
  • Excellent **communication, presentation, and negotiation skills**
  • Ability to manage **multiple clients and projects simultaneously**
  • Proficiency in tools like **Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management tools**
