Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team and act as the key liaison between the hospital, insurance providers, and international patients.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Jeddah
- Fluent in Arabic
- Excellent command of English
- Fluent in Uzbek or Russian
- Medical or healthcare background is preferred, but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
1.
Act as the main point of contact between the hospital, insurance companies, and foreign patients
2.
Handle insurance approvals, claims, billing, and patient coordination
3.
Support patients and resolve insurance-related concerns and complaints
4.
Develop new business opportunities and onboard new insurance/medical clients

- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or account management is a plus
