About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team at Land Invest Corp.
This role is pivotal in supporting our investment strategies, conducting market research, and performing financial analysis to identify lucrative opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
As a key contributor, you will assist in evaluating potential projects, preparing investment proposals, and monitoring ongoing developments to ensure they meet our strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or a related area.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of local and international real estate markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with real estate software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate project feasibility and forecast returns.
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including site analysis, financial review, and risk assessment.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for internal review and external stakeholders.
- Monitor ongoing projects, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including acquisitions, development, and finance to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
