**Salary:** QAR 17,000 per month
Job Description
AlwaysOn POS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to manage client accounts, drive sales growth, and maintain strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, supporting client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of POS solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads
- Present and demonstrate POS solutions to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth implementation
- Handle client inquiries, issues, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good understanding of POS systems or IT solutions is an advantage
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
