About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented **Chief Account Executive** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to manage financial records accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and manage **general ledger** activities
- Maintain the **fixed asset register**
- Manage **inventory accounting** and reconciliation
- Perform **costing analysis** and support budgeting
- Work with **Tally and Odoo** for daily accounting tasks
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist with audits and provide required documents
- Improve accounting processes and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in **Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Good understanding of **costing, inventory, and financial reporting**
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
