An experienced Account Executive – Corporate Services will support corporate clients and manage day-to-day client requirements in Qatar.
The role calls for experience in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) environment and knowledge of corporate services, company administration, client onboarding, and regulatory documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and handle day-to-day requirements as a key contact.
- Support QFC company registrations, licensing, renewals, and amendments.
- Coordinate client onboarding and collection of corporate and compliance documents, including KYC/AML materials as required.
- Assist with corporate administration and ongoing company maintenance.
- Coordinate with QFC, relevant authorities, stakeholders, and internal compliance, finance, and administration teams.
- Track applications, renewals, approvals, and outstanding requirements; maintain complete, current client records.
- Respond to client enquiries with timely updates and build strong professional relationships.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in Corporate Services, Company Formation, Business Setup, Corporate Administration, or a similar environment.
- Previous QFC experience is required, with a good understanding of QFC processes, corporate documentation, and client requirements.
- Experience managing or coordinating corporate client accounts.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML and compliance documentation is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and client-management skills, excellent organization, and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Current residence in Qatar or relevant Qatar market experience is preferred.
