Job summary
Talk with students to understand their needs, help them choose courses and universities, guide them through admissions, and achieve monthly admission targets.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with students; explain course details, fees, and eligibility.
- Help students complete admissions and convert inquiries into admissions; update student details in the CRM.
- Build student relationships and work with other departments to support smooth admissions.
- Meet monthly admission and sales targets; stay informed about university courses and policies.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills, good English speaking skills, and basic computer knowledge.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or admissions is an advantage; freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Additional languages are a plus.
