Key Responsibilities
- Understand student aspirations and recommend academic programs and universities aligned with their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
- Consistently meet or exceed management sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain and update student records, communication logs, and sales activities in CRM software.
- Stay informed about international education trends, university admissions processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Provide end-to-end application support, including document preparation, submission, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in education industry sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English and Malayalam.
- Ability to join immediately.
