Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective students.
• Counsel students on courses, universities, and career options.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for a smooth admission process.
• Stay updated on university programs, policies, and admission requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in education sales, admissions, counselling, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
• A target-oriented and self-motivated approach is expected.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.

Employment and Compensation

• Job type: Full-time.
• Pay: AED 3,000 to AED 3,250 per month.
