Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective students.
• Counsel students on courses, universities, and career options; explain course details, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Recommend suitable courses and universities based on students' goals, and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and build strong student relationships.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments for a smooth admission process.
• Stay updated on university programs, policies, and admission requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in education sales, admissions, counselling, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation
