Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with students.
- Explain course details, fees, and eligibility.
- Help students complete the admission process.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Update student details in the CRM.
- Build good relationships with students.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth admissions.
- Meet monthly admission and sales targets.
- Stay updated about university courses and policies.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or admissions is advantageous.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills are required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets are required.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good spoken English is required.
- Additional languages are a plus.
Compensation
- The salary is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
- The role includes incentives and performance rewards.
