Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of full-stack developer experience with strong Java and JavaScript proficiency.
- Experience with user-friendly application design, data modeling, business process automation, and JavaScript UI frameworks.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, database design and queries, cloud platforms, and on-premise deployments.
Technical skills
- JavaScript frameworks may include Vue.js, Angular, or React.
- Backend technologies include Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- API work includes RESTful design, Azure Functions, API gateways, and on-premise solutions.
- Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365 are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable software solutions, backend microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Implement security practices, integrate services through API gateways, and deploy to Azure or on-premise servers.
- Collaborate across project, design, and QA teams; write maintainable code and participate in reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Track technology and industry developments.
