About This Role

Job Overview
We are looking for a Backend & WordPress Developer with strong Technical SEO expertise to improve website performance, optimize speed, and build scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement technical SEO improvements (indexing, crawlability, site structure)
  • Optimize website speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Develop and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and backend functionality
  • Improve database and server performance
  • Troubleshoot SEO and performance issues
  • Ensure website security, scalability, and uptime

Requirements

  • Strong WordPress development experience (themes & plugins)
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with technical SEO and website optimization
  • Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN, and SEO tools

Preferred

  • Experience with Elementor, REST APIs, and high-traffic websites
  • Knowledge of hosting environments (cPanel, VPS, cloud)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
