Meta Ads Director (Nigerian Nationality) – Dubai, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Director to lead customer acquisition and performance marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including 5+ years managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns, managing large budgets, and delivering strong ROAS.
Requirements
- Nigerian National
- 8+ years in digital marketing
- 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, GA4, AppsFlyer, Pixel, and Conversion API
- Experience leading performance marketing teams
- Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies across regional markets
- Scale customer acquisition while achieving performance targets
- Optimize campaigns, creatives, audiences, and conversion funnels
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with Creative, CRM, Product, and Data teams to drive growth
Job Type: Full-time
