About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Social Media Director to lead our company’s social media operations and digital brand presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in content strategy, audience growth, paid social campaigns, team management, and social media analytics.
The candidate must be capable of building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving measurable business growth through innovative social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Lead content planning, campaign execution, and brand communication strategies.
- Manage and supervise the social media team, designers, editors, and content creators.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns and performance optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, video production, and branding teams.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Handle influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and AI content tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in social media marketing and digital branding.
- Proven experience managing large-scale social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, analytics tools, and content strategy.
- Experience leading social media teams and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of engagement growth and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of video content trends and viral marketing strategies.
- Experience with AI content and social media automation tools is an advantage.
- Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
