Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Director to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies for multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, team management, and organic traffic growth strategies.
The candidate must be highly analytical, performance-oriented, and capable of driving measurable business growth through search engine optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for optimization implementation.
- Manage on-page, off-page, and content SEO strategies.
- Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and competitor analysis.
- Oversee backlink strategies and authority growth campaigns.
- Lead and manage the SEO team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and present insights to management.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of SEO experience.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale SEO projects.
- Experience managing SEO teams and workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of AI SEO tools and automation is an advantage.
- Experience in international SEO is preferred.
- Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
