Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented **WMS Operator** to support daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on system accuracy and real-time transaction processing.
The role involves executing and monitoring all inbound and outbound activities within the WMS, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock movements, and ensuring data integrity between physical inventory and system records.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on warehouse experience with strong WMS/ERP knowledge and a disciplined, process-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all WMS transactions including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure real-time and accurate system updates for all inventory movements
- Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies between physical and system inventory
- Support cycle counts and periodic stock audits
- Coordinate inbound and outbound operations in line with system priorities
- Generate operational reports and maintain proper documentation
- Identify system errors or process gaps and escalate where required
- Ensure strict adherence to warehouse SOPs and prevent manual workarounds outside the system
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations with hands-on WMS/ERP usage will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- **English language is a must**
- **Russian language is a must**
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
- Contract length: 24 months
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
- WMS/ERP: 1 year (Required)
- Excel: 4 years (Required)
