Transparts Trading FZE, a leading global supplier in the Automotive Aftermarket for passenger cars and trucks, is seeking an experienced and strategic **Sales Representative** **(Arabic Speaking)** to lead and expand its international **Sales operations**.

With over 18 years of strong presence with brands like **Stellox** (www.stellox.com) across Europe, CIS, Central Asia, MEA, and other regions, the company offers a dynamic environment for a senior sales leader to drive growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, systems, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Identify potential customers and manage lead generation and conversion, primarily in the MEA region.
  • Build and expand a network of distributors and dealers through written communication, networking, phone calls, visits, events, and exhibitions.
  • Conduct product presentations for clients and partners.
  • Communicate product features clearly and explain how they address customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms, and prepare sales agreements.
  • Handle and process customer inquiries.
  • Manage customer concerns and work toward appropriate resolutions.
  • Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, order processing, and logistics.
  • Maintain customer databases, use CRM tools, and follow up to support ongoing business relationships.
  • Provide regular market and sales reports to the manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English (Must Have).
  • Proficiency in Arabic (Must Have).
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the Automotive Spare Parts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Access to a personal vehicle.
  • Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in the **automotive spare parts** aftermarket.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work toward established goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong time-management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Experience working in an internationally established company.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
