Basic Function To process the jumbo rolls from the machine to the required sizes as mentioned in the job order given by PM operator without any quality defects out of the winder. Duties & Responsibilities u2022 Follow the operations of winder and run with maximum output u2022 Observe the roll condition and inform dry end operator/shift leader for any defects u2022 Responsible to control physical defects like crease, trim overflow and piping etc., correct size, correct reel diameter as per JOS and good Intel, hardness of reel as per QC standard and responsible for any defect due to winder operations u2022 Insertion of core and reel tapping u2022 Coordination with maintenance for any issue related u2022 Running winder at design speed u2022 Winder Production rolls as SAP generated roll card
