To carry out inspection, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and rectification of fire protection systems at client sites while also supporting transportation of manpower, tools, and materials to project locations.
The role requires hands-on technical expertise across multiple fire protection system brands and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire fighting systems.
Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and commission fire protection systems in accordance with relevant standards and client requirements.
Diagnose and rectify faults in fire alarm panels, detectors, sounders, modules, extinguishing systems, pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, hose reels, and related equipment.
Conduct routine testing and maintenance of fire pumps, jockey pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrant networks, and clean agent suppression systems.
Prepare service reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations, NFPA standards, and company HSE requirements.
Coordinate with supervisors and clients regarding maintenance schedules, site observations, and rectification requirements.
Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide prompt technical support.
