About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Attend weddings, events, and photoshoots to capture behind-the-scenes content and highlights.
• Edit videos, reels, and photos using professional editing tools.
• Develop creative content ideas, trends, campaigns, and storytelling concepts.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar.
• Write engaging captions, social media posts, blogs, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to promote company services.
• Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for growth.
• Stay updated on wedding, event, social media, and digital marketing trends.
• Organize and maintain a library of photos, videos, and marketing assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during events.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the wedding, hospitality, luxury, or events industry is highly preferred.
