Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Sales Specialist / Phone Moderator to manage incoming and outgoing calls, qualify leads, support sales activities, and ensure excellent customer communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Contact potential customers to follow up on leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and gather customer requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and consultations for the sales team.
  • Present company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor communication channels and ensure timely responses.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call center operations, or sales support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
