Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Web & Digital Content Manager to take full ownership of our company’s online presence.
This role combines website development, content management, and social media oversight.
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our websites (built in PHP, JavaScript, and CSS), managing digital content, and ensuring consistent, engaging communication across our social media channels.
Website Development & Maintenance
- Take ownership of company websites, including ongoing development, updates, and performance improvements
- Work with existing codebase (PHP, JavaScript, CSS) to fix bugs, implement features, and optimize user experience
- Ensure websites are secure, up-to-date, and fully functional across devices and browsers
Content Management
- Publish, update, and maintain website content including news, announcements, and landing pages
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and structure content
Social Media Management
- Own and manage company social media accounts (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
- Track performance and suggest improvements
Basic Graphic Design
- Create simple visuals for web and social media (banners, posts, announcements)
- Ensure visual consistency across platforms
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience with **PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS**
- Experience managing and maintaining live websites
- Familiarity with CMS platforms
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO best practices
- Knowledge of website performance optimization
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
