About This Role
Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager (RM) with experience in the Forex / FX trading industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving trading volume, and ensuring high client satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing Forex trading clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, support, and issue resolution
- Regularly engage with clients to increase trading activity and retention
- Assist clients with platform understanding (MT4/MT5 or similar) and trading processes
- Coordinate with internal teams (dealing, support, compliance) to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services
- Monitor client performance and provide insights or guidance where required
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager / Account Manager in Forex industry
- Strong understanding of Forex trading, platforms (MT4/MT5), and market basics
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Target-driven with focus on client retention and trading volume growth
Preferred Profile
- Existing portfolio of Forex clients is an added advantage
- Multilingual candidates are preferred
- Experience working with international clients
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading behavior
