About This Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle communications, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with different departments when required
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
