We are seeking a **Head of Payments** to oversee all payment operations within our Forex brokerage.
This role includes managing payment service providers (PSPs), supervising the payments team, handling integrations, and supporting expansion into new regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily payment operations
- Manage and lead the **payments team**
- Maintain relationships with existing **PSPs**
- Identify and onboard new PSPs for different regions
- Coordinate with technical teams on **payment integrations**
- Monitor and improve payment performance
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements
- Experience in **Forex, FinTech, or payments industry**
- Strong understanding of **PSPs and payment processes**
- Experience with **payment integrations**
- Team management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
