• We are looking for a Web Analyst who will help build a transparent and reliable system for measuring advertising traffic and ensure high-quality data for decision-making.
• ▫️ Responsibilities
• Audit and diagnose tracking across all funnel stages: from Google Ads click to CRM conversion
• Identify and fix data gaps across systems (GTM, GA4, Google Ads)
• Ensure correct GCLID transmission and proper auto-tagging functionality
• Manage and optimize conversion actions (prioritization, deduplication)
• Set up and validate offline conversion uploads from CRM to Google Ads
• Perform regular data reconciliation (Google Ads → GA4 → CRM), identify and explain discrepancies
• Audit and improve GTM containers: tags, triggers, dataLayer
• Simplify the measurement stack without compromising data quality
• ▫️ Additionally (\~30% of time):
• Manage and optimize Russian-language Google Ads campaigns
• Create and improve ad copy in Russian
• Work on campaign structure, keywords, and traffic quality
• Ensure ad copy quality: relevance, accuracy, and alignment with landing pages
• ▫️ Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in web analytics / performance marketing analytics
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM (setup, auditing, debugging)
• Confident use of GTM Preview, GA4 DebugView, and DevTools
• Understanding of Google Ads attribution, GCLID, and auto-tagging
• Experience diagnosing data loss and discrepancies between Ads, GA4, and CRM
• Experience working with conversion actions, including offline conversions
• Ability to reconcile data from multiple sources and identify root causes of issues
• Fluent Russian (for managing advertising campaigns)
• Experience with Russian-language Google Ads campaigns

• Experience with multi-domain projects
• Understanding of Consent Mode
• Experience with server-side GTM
• Python or Apps Script for automation
• Experience with long sales cycle projects

• Full-time, office-based work in Dubai (JLT), Mon–Fri
• Visa + medical insurance
• 12,000 AED to 14,000 AED, depending on experience
