▫️ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the marketing team
- Create and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive lead generation across digital, social media, email, events, and other channels
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging
- Oversee SEO, SEM, content, social media, and email marketing activities
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Partner closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance insights to leadership
▫️ What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
- UAE marketing experience is a must
- Fluent Russian speaker with excellent English communication skills
- Strong expertise in lead generation and digital marketing
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
