Responsibilities
- Monitor and support operation of city-wide water distribution networks.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure reliable network performance.
- Help investigate network pressure issues and customer service complaints.
- Review operational data and support optimization of water supply and distribution.
- Participate in emergency response for network incidents and service interruptions.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with hydraulic principles, water distribution systems, pumping stations, reservoirs, and control valves.
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to analyze operational data and prepare technical reports.
- Understanding of water quality monitoring requirements and operational standards.
- Good spoken and written English; strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and support emergency response activities related to water network operations.
- Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, with eagerness to learn and develop in water utility operations.
