The Warehouse Worker and Picker picks, packages, labels, and assembles orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse.
The role supports timely, accurate order fulfillment and requires attention to detail and organization.
Responsibilities
- Pick products from inventory using picking lists; package securely and label according to shipping requirements and customer specifications.
- Complete orders within designated time frames and meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Check items for damage and correct labeling; report damaged, missing, or discrepant products to a supervisor or manager.
- Restock shelves and organize warehouse space for easy access.
- Dispose of packing materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow warehouse safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other machinery when qualified.
- Perform physical inventory counts when needed and maintain accurate order and shipping records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or inventory management.
- Warehouse operations certification is preferred but not required.
- Equipment operating experience, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, is a plus.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
- The role calls for attention to detail, organization, deadline management, communication, and independent and team working ability.
Skills and competencies
- Warehouse management system knowledge is preferred.
- Basic math skills support order accuracy and inventory management.
- Physical stamina is needed for the role.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 1,400–5,000 per month in the description; the structured salary field lists AED 1,400 per month.
