Role overview

Polishing and coating duties

• Polish vehicles, correct paint defects, and apply ceramic coatings.
• Inspect paintwork for scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, stains, and other imperfections.
• Select and use appropriate machines, pads, compounds, and techniques for each polishing stage.
• Wash, decontaminate, dry, and prepare surfaces before polishing and coating.
• Apply coatings evenly according to product specifications and manufacturer guidelines, and ensure proper curing.
• Inspect completed work and rectify imperfections before vehicle delivery.
• Handle and maintain tools, machines, applicators, and coating materials carefully.
• Provide basic car-care services as required and communicate progress and vehicle condition to the team.

Qualifications and competencies

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in vehicle polishing, paint correction, or ceramic coating is preferred.
• Knowledge of polishing techniques, compounds, pads, machines, ceramic products, vehicle paint types, surfaces, and body panels.
• Ability to identify paint defects, choose correction methods, and operate detailing tools.
• Physical stamina for long hours of standing and vehicle handling.
• Attention to detail, quality-consciousness, customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Quality, safety, and performance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Meet quality standards with minimal rework and deliver work within turnaround expectations.
• Support client satisfaction and minimize material and product wastage.
• Maintain tools and equipment properly and stay updated on vehicle protection techniques and products.

Pay

• Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month.

• Work location is in person.
