Role overview

Pick, package, label, and assemble customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role includes storing picked items, restocking shelves, quality checks, and maintaining an organized work area.

Responsibilities

  • Pick products from inventory using a picking list; securely package and label orders to meet shipping and customer specifications.
  • Complete orders within designated time frames and meet daily picking and packing targets.
  • Check products for damage and correct labeling; report damaged or missing products to a supervisor or manager.
  • Restock shelves and organize warehouse space so products are accessible for picking.
  • Dispose of discarded packing materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment when qualified.
  • Perform physical inventory counts when necessary and maintain accurate order and shipping records.
  • Report inventory discrepancies and quality issues to a warehouse supervisor or manager.

Qualifications and experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or inventory management.
  • Certification in warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus.

Skills and competencies

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team; good communication skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift items up to 50 lbs; basic math skills for order and inventory accuracy.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

Work location

  • Work is in person in a warehouse environment.

Pay

  • The posting lists pay of AED 1,432.63–4,939.77 per month.
