Outdoor Sales Representative

Role Overview

Sales and Business Development

• Develop and implement a territory management and sales plan to achieve assigned targets.
• Prospect new customers through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct customer visits and promote window tinting, car care, PPF, detailing, and related products and services.
• Follow up for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

Account and Customer Management

• Handle customer enquiries, internet leads, quotations, negotiations, and sales follow-ups.
• Manage accounts, including order follow-ups, complaints, sample or product follow-ups, and payment or credit concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

Sales Communication and Reporting

• Communicate product features, benefits, pricing, commercial terms, and value propositions.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales successfully.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities.
• Provide forecasts, market feedback, competitor information, sales reports, analysis, and customer feedback to management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory experience in automotive window tinting, car care, automotive detailing, PPF, or a related automotive industry.
• A minimum of two to four years of proven outside or field sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic sales reporting.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Premium or luxury automotive customer experience is an added advantage.
• Experience selling window films, car tinting, PPF, ceramic coating, detailing, or premium car-care solutions is strongly preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 7,000 to AED 8,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role is based in Dubai and involves outdoor, field-based customer visits.
