Warehouse operations
- Oversee daily workflow, staff, and safety protocols.
- Implement inventory systems and processes to optimize stock, reduce waste, and improve order-fulfillment accuracy.
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods for timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to improve warehouse procedures.
Partners, performance, and resources
- Maintain supplier and logistics-partner relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources within financial constraints while meeting operational demands.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives using technology and employee feedback.
Staff development
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Skills and experience
- Fluent Arabic is mandatory; good knowledge of Excel is required.
- Proven supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or production.
- Communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
