Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory records and perform physical stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, preservation, and storage of materials.
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, and Logistics.
- Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excess, and support inventory optimization.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous, flammable, and sensitive materials under HSE requirements.
- Supervise personnel, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
- Maintain goods receipt notes, material issue notes, transfer records, and inventory reports.
- Investigate discrepancies, damage, and losses and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain warehouse facilities, equipment, forklifts, and storage areas safely.
- Enforce HSE policies and housekeeping standards; support audits and compliance.
- Prepare periodic inventory and warehouse performance reports for management.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of warehouse experience; oil and gas, EPC, petrochemical, or industrial experience is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-lead position.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities in a fast-paced operational environment.
