Associate Director - Project Delivery role based in Dubai, UAE.
Leads end-to-end delivery of residential building projects, with a focus on built-to-sell developments.
Excellent salary and benefits are offered; no compensation amount or cadence is stated.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of residential building projects to timely, quality completion.
- Oversee planning, design, execution, and handover across the project lifecycle.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Apply construction management best practices and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 15 years of experience in a lead role managing large-scale or multidisciplinary projects.
- At least 12 years of project management experience in construction or real estate, including 2–3 years in a director-level role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering is mandatory.
- Proven record delivering building projects for a developer, specifically in Dubai.
- Hands-on project delivery experience from start to finish and a strong construction background.
- Developer experience is preferred.
