Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Warehouse Supervisor** to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of inventory, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in **Dubai warehouses, Free Zones, or logistics environments**.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, warehouse management experience, and the ability to supervise warehouse staff while maintaining accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Manage receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and assistants.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
- Prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum **1–2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor** or in a similar role.
- Experience in **Dubai warehouses, Free Zones, logistics, or distribution centers** is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Free Zone warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and inventory procedures.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
