**Hiring: Warehouse Supervisor** **Company:** Shrimp Shack In Riyadh
Are you a logistics pro with a passion for excellence? **Shrimp Shack** is looking for a dynamic and organized **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our team and ensure our supply chain runs as smoothly as our signature sauces!
Key Responsibilities
- **Inventory Management:** Oversee daily stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure 100% accuracy in stock records.
- **Team Leadership:** Supervise and motivate the warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- **Operations:** Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods (focussing on food quality and safety standards).
- **Quality Control:** Ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet Shrimp Shack’s high-quality specifications.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on inventory, damages, and warehouse performance.
Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2–5 years in warehouse management (experience in the **F&B or Food Industry** is a huge plus).
- **Skills:** Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- **Mindset:** Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
