.
This role requires a blend of technical equipment knowledge and rigorous organizational discipline to support high-stakes events and architectural projects.
1. Inventory & Asset Management
- Maintain a real-time, digitized inventory of all AVL assets (line arrays, consoles, fixtures) and furniture pieces.
- Implement a strict
Check-In/Check-Out (QC)
- process to ensure equipment returning from projects is inspected for damage.
- Conduct quarterly full-scale audits to reconcile physical stock with digital records.
2. Logistics & Fulfillment
- Coordinate equipment loading and unloading for large-scale event deployments, ensuring proper weight distribution and transport safety.
- Manage a fleet of delivery vehicles and schedule drivers to meet tight project deadlines.
- Oversee the "Prep & Pull" process, ensuring all components (cables, brackets, power supplies) are packed according to technical riders.
3. Maintenance & Quality Control
- Supervise a dedicated technical bench for the basic repair and cleaning of AVL gear and furniture.
- Manage the "Red Tag" system for faulty equipment, coordinating with external vendors for specialized repairs or warranty claims.
- Ensure furniture assets are kept in showroom condition through regular upholstery cleaning and touch-ups.
4. Team Leadership & Safety
- Lead and train a team of warehouse assistants and riggers in safe handling techniques for sensitive electronics and heavy furniture.
- Enforce
HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
- standards, including the proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and PPE.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum storage density and efficient workflow.
