Responsibilities
- Supervise and train stock team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Organize and maintain stock areas for efficiency and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements in the inventory system.
- Oversee receiving and inspection of incoming inventory.
- Ensure proper stock rotation practices are followed.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams regarding inventory needs.
- Prepare reports on stock levels and inventory discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
Candidate requirements
- Any bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in using technology and inventory tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Two years of supervisor experience is required.
